Skyscan 1072:

The SkyScan 1072 computerised x-ray tomograph comprises an 83kV x-ray sealed microfocus source with a spot size of less than 8µm, an x-ray CCD camera with a resolution of 1024x1024. The system produces three dimensional views with a resolution of about 5µm.
